About Julie

I have built my entire career around helping others. My education, career and life experience have developed my natural gifts of vision and clarity – I quickly and clearly see where, and how, improvement is possible for individuals, teams, and businesses.

My hunger for healing, growth, meaning and satisfaction has led me on a quest to understand personal development and the power each of us has to create our own balanced and flourishing life.

My professional experience in all facets of organizational management – from the front lines to Senior Leadership to business ownership – has developed my forward-thinking, solution-based philosophy for teams and businesses. With my passion for excellence and aptitude for teaching, I have a unique skillset for guiding clients as they evaluate, strategize and reshape their performance both personally and professionally.

My husband and I have three grown children who are all making their home in perfect proximity to us. I enjoy riding and training horses, cooking for friends, adventure, international travel and connecting to nature, wherever I happen to be.
